Procedure For Applying For Financial Aid: FAFSA

New & Prospective Students

New and prospective students must complete the  to apply for aid at À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ. The FAFSA application determines eligibility for federal, state and most À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ aid as well as Federal Direct Stafford Loans and work study. The FAFSA should be submitted as soon as possible after October 1st of the year prior to a student's expected enrollment and no later than May 1st of the year of expected enrollment. Be sure to release your FAFSA results to À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ by including our Title IV school code: 003362 on the FAFSA. The FAFSA can be completed online (2 - 4 days average processing time).

As a new or prospective student, you must also complete and submit the À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ application for admission and be accepted to the University before any financial aid is offered. However, as a prospective student you don't have to wait for an admission decision to file the FAFSA. Get the process started as soon as possible for the best chance at aid, and remember to release your FAFSA results to À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ by including our Title IV school code: 003362 on the FAFSA.  (You can also include other schools you are interested in on your FAFSA - you don't have to fill out a separate form for each school.)
